Chapter 2 - Construction
All three sections of the first building are done. The sections look a bit bigger than I had them pictured. They have ten inch ceilings, so I think my inhabitants will need to be about seven inches tall or so. That will be a nice size to work on.
I have the sections for this first building stacked up pretty much how they end up. I'm not attaching them to each other now, I'll do all the interior finishes first. It'll be a lot easier wallpapering and flooring when I can tip just a single section around to work on it.
This shows you the size of a building once it will be done. This one is about 38 inches tall. A bit bigger than it looks on the graph paper - hahaha.
This is building two - it's only two stories tall and has the largest first floor of the buildings. I have to decide what each building is going to be pretty soon, before I can work on the interiors.
The third building sections are done. This was a good start for me. I was thinking three buildings is enough, but I'm thinking I might need two more. Might have to move this all into a bigger room.....
Here are the three buildings all together. They are all standing on a six foot long table - and I'm not sure I like how crowded they are...
